[Taking a 6 y/o kid with autism to the bathroom]

Kid: [pokes his head out as he’s closing the stall door] Be patient there.

Me: I will.

Kid: [closes door] I will, too.

[minutes later]

Kid: [loudly] I all done! Wipe my butt!
